Refund policy

You can return or exchange your product withing 7 days of receiving it. We accept return or exchange if size or color is not correct. Item to be returned should be in perfect condition as when you received it.

To return your product, you should contact us on (Whatsapp only: +230 55086377) or on instagram (@sestra_mu). Kindly include reason(s) for return or exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping (postage) costs for returning your item. Shipping (postage) costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We will refund you or ship back the exchanged item once we have received a picture of the postage receipt from you.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
